This month’s incredible educator is a pre-k teacher from TotSpot Preschool in Gilbert, Arizona.
We are so excited to introduce you to Megan Wiley. The following is the letter we received nominating her for this month's prize.
"The most deserving teacher of this award is Ms. Megan. Ms. Megan is my daughter's Pre-K teacher, and from the very first day of school I have never seen someone who is a more incredible and loving teacher. She hugs each child and tells them how much she loves them, because she truly does care so much for these kids. She takes time to really get to know each child which is so important during these early developmental years. I believe that‚ is what makes Ms. Megan even more special, she could be in an elementary school, surely making more money, however she stays in a preschool because that is where her passion is and she really is doing exactly what she was born to do. My daughter, Zoey, is already reading thanks to Ms. Megan! Ms. Megan also hands out stickers everyday to make sure kids know how meaningful their acts of kindness are. Ms. Megan truly is making these kids learn how important it is to be great people. Ms. Megan also attended a students birthday party after school which was princess themed and she chose to dress up as Snow White and wear a princess dress just like all of her students because knows exactly what kids love and always goes the extra mile, even outside school hours! Ms. Megan is always happy, full of energy and such a positive human being. I really really hope you can pick this incredible teacher to win, she completely deserves it! "
Miss Megan was presented with $500 thanks to our friends with the Arizona State Fair as well as a pizza party for her "Jungle Room" class from Spinato's Pizza! ❤️
