Arcadia is one of my favorite neighborhoods in the Valley and now it includes my favorite dog-friendly burger joint. Ingo's Tasty Food sits nestled on a corner in a quiet residential neighborhood across from the infamous La Grande Orange Grocery & Pizza. A beautiful crescent of outdoor and indoor dining with misters and fans and twinkle lights and a fun diner vibe make this place a perfect spot for any occasion but it's the food that really shines. The ingredients are so fresh and so flavorful, and the portions are perfect so you don't leave feeling sluggish but rather perfectly satisfied. Plus the prices are incredible!
My recommendations:
TONI’S DEVILED EGGS: german mustard, goat cheese, pickled beet
FRESH SHATTERED POTATO CHIPS: sea salt, cracked pepper with lebni and/or homemade lacto-fermented hot sauce
FARMER’S DAUGHTER BURGER: domestic grass-fed beef, dijonnaise, baby swiss, sauerkraut
CRISPY CHICKEN SAMMY: 100% all natural “never ever” chicken breast, dill pickle, spicy aioli, apples
The deviled eggs are creamy and delightful - and I am personally not a fan of beets but they make them work in this recipe. The potato chips aren't what you think - they are soft like French fries cut into chip form. And let me warn you, they are addicting! The Farmer's Daughter Burger is my favorite burger in the Valley. Light, packed full of juicy flavor and cooked to perfection. But my favorite thing on the menu is the Crispy Chicken Sammy. Apples and chicken. Something about this combo is mouth watering. Wash it all down with their house made lemonade and you're in for quite the treat. Enjoy!
