Have you ever wondered how much you should be "really" showering? According to Health Magazine and a dermatologist, apparently every person has a different number based on level of activity.
This is what is comes down to:
- Oily skin - once a day
- Dry skin - a few times a week with good moisturizer
- If you are prone to acne
- Where you live - humid, cold or hot climates
"Using lukewarm (not hot) water, keeping it under 10 minutes, and not using an exfoliant on a regular basis unless your dermatologist recommended it."
It doesn't come to how many times - but how well you know your body and what it needs.
