Have you noticed that food at work has been ruining your diet goals? Easy answer is, yes because often times you don't really know to expect it or you get what you get. According to CBS News and Centers For Disease Control and Prevention (CDCP), there is proof.
"[CDCP] found nearly a quarter of employed U.S. adults obtain food or beverages at work at least once a week. And those foods and drinks are typically unhealthy, often high in calories, sodium, added sugars, and refined grains"
You don't tend to care about the intake of food from work especially if it's catered, from fellow coworkers or something special. And it tends to be easier to feed bigger groups of people food that isn't the healthiest.
