Phoenix Children’s Hospital’s September campaign for Childhood Cancer Awareness Month
is called Step Up. Step In. Stop Cancer. This is a community-wide movement to help the cancer patients at Phoenix Children’s Hospital and raise $1 million for the Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders at PCH.
In the United States, cancer kills more children than any other disease. One in five of those diagnosed with pediatric cancer will not win this battle. Phoenix Children’s Hospital treats more childhood cancer patients than any other hospital in Arizona.
I spoke with Tim Harrison from PCH about the needs and how you can help
