Jewish Family & Children’s Service (JFCS) and Sojourner Center announced in July 2017 that Sojourner Center has become an affiliate of JFCS. Currently, JFCS and Sojourner Center are gearing up for the first-ever combined Brighter Tomorrow Hope Luncheon on Friday, March 2 at the Arizona Biltmore Hotel with domestic violence survivor, MonaLou Callery, as its keynote speaker. Register for the luncheon at

JFCS is one of the state’s largest providers of behavioral health and social services. And Sojourner Center is one of the nation’s longest-running domestic violence shelters. The two organizations share significant synergies in their mission and programs. JFCS’ existing work in domestic violence with its Shelter Without Walls program pairs perfectly with Sojourner Center’s mission of eradicating domestic violence.
Recently I spoke with Linda Scott of Jewish Family & Children’s Service and Carrie Borgen of Sojourner Center.
