When Barbara Kavanagh was confronted with a myeloma diagnosis for her fiance' 26
years ago, she found that there was very little support available for families and
caregivers. She decided to do something about that, and started working on what
would eventually become the Arizona Myeloma Network, providing support and
information for families facing a similar situation. I spoke with Barbara about her
organization, about her husband's health (He's still going strong 26 years later!) and
about a free seminar available to help families Saturday morning Dec 2 at the Embassy
Suites by Hilton in Scottsdale. Listen to the interview here and register for the event
