Feeding Matters helps families with food issues

The Garcia family own and operate Phoenix' legendary Miracle Mile Delicatessen .. and little
Sophie Garcia age 8, needs a feeding tube to eat!  And luckily for the Garcia' n   s and families who
face this problem, Shannon Goldwater started an organization called Feeding Matters in 2006.
Feeding Matters is dedicated to creating a world where children with pediatric eating disorders
will thrive.  I spoke with Shannon and Josh about this for our Valley Views program.  If you know

Shannon Goldwater is competing against three other finalists for the NASCAR Foundation's
Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award, presented by Nationwide, which carries a top prize
of $100,000 for the winner's charity and guarantees a $25,000 award to each of the other
