Can sleep loss cause Alzheimer's?

I recently read an article in the paper about research being done about sleep
loss and a possible connection to Alzheimer's disease.  The research is being done by
Dr. Edward Zamrini, and Alzheimer's expert at the Cleo Roberts Memory and Movement
Center at Banner Sun Health Research Institute in Sun City.  Here is a conversation
