UMOM Walk for Homeless Families and Youth

Here is my interview with Karie Cowden, co-chair of this year's
Walk for Homeless Families and Youth.  Since 1964 UMOM has
helped shelter and house thousands of families, enabling them
to work their way from living on the street to permanent housing
and self-sufficiency.  92% of families who complete UMOM programs
do not return to shelter!  The 1K walk or 5K run/walk is Sept 23 at
the Phoenix Zoo.  Registration at 6:30am & walk starts at 8am
and your fee includes Zoo admission all day!
