This week on Friendsday Wednesday Beth's dart hit Ludlow, Vermont. Beth found a place called Green Mountain Sugar House and we spoke with the owner Doug. Doug told us all about how their maple syrup is made. It takes a lot of maple sap to make a gallon of syrup. We also found out you can drink the sap right from the tree... we had to ask!
