This week on Barguments Beth welcomed Ben Graham from the Benjamin’s Upstairs in Scottsdale. Chef Ben Graham is the award winning chef at Citizen Public House.and the Gladly in Phoenix. Benjamin's Fried Chicken served with mashed potatoes, collard greens and bourbon honey will be one of the signature dishes on the menu. The plan to open Benjamin's Upstairs came as a result of the restrictions in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
