Beth and Friends continues to use “Barguments” as a way to reach out to local restaurants who are struggling during the current covid 19 quarantine. This week we spoke with Chef Silvana Salcido from Barrio Cafe and Barrio Cafe: Gran Reserva. She is taking a different approach during the quarantine by giving away food to feed those who need it. Other restaurants are jumping in on her effort to help by giving her food to hand out. She is feeding those out of work because of the quarantine and restaurant closures.
