General Manager Ricky Anderson and Bartender Kelly Hajek brought in their famous Bloody Mary and a strong but refreshing cocktail called Meinkes Mayor. Prep & Pastry recently opened at The Scottsdale Waterfront, serving up a fresh-cracked menu of the finest breakfast, lunch and brunch fare daily, paired with an expansive menu of craft cocktails, house-stepped teas and organic fair trade coffee drinks. Guests are invited to relax as they enjoy artisan food served in a warm, welcoming atmosphere, from the house-made jams and ever-changing selection of house-baked pastries, to the world’s most perfect breakfast potatoes thanks to a precise six-step preparation process.

The restaurant is open Monday through Friday from 7 am – 11 am for breakfast and 11 am – 3 pm for lunch, and Saturday and Sunday from 7 am – 3 pm for brunch.
