All new Maple & Ash joined us this morning for Barguments. Director of Operations, Jacob Schwimmer told us all about the highly-anticipated hot spot. The restaurant opened at The Scottsdale Waterfront on August 20th. Maple & Ash was originally founded in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood in 2015 and offers a modern, wood-fired take on the classic American steakhouse. The menu is highlighted by the famed Fire-Roasted Seafood Tower and the world-class selection of dry-aged steaks, premium seafood and more. Maple & Ash also boasts a globe-spanning wine cellar, named “one of the most outstanding in the world” by Wine Spectator. Maple & Ash is open Sunday through Thursday from 5-10pm and Friday and Saturday from 5-11pm. The restaurant features a dining room and lounge, outdoor dining deck, and private and semi-private dining spaces. At over 10,000 square feet, the action is centered around the massive 14-food wood-burning hearth.
