Just 2 teaspoons of this super-food prevents cognitive decline

If you want to stay sharp into your old age, start eating nuts. A new study from the University of South Australia found that eating just 10 grams (or 2 tablespoons) of nuts per day can lead to better brain power. Researchers especially recommend peanuts, for their anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties that specifically reduce cognitive decline.
