Barguments! Merkin Vineyards Old Town Scottsdale

Merkin Vineyards Old Town Scottsdale (7133 E. Stetson Dr. Suite #4 Scottsdale, AZ 85251) joined us Friday morning for wine tasting, Barguments and lots of laughs.

General Manager, Jim Cunningham poured some tasty wines from grapes grown here in Arizona. Merkin Vineyards Old Town Scottsdale is a farm-to-table, vine-to-glass concept that only serves and pours what can be grown and produced in the state, primarily by Merkin Vineyards owner and head winemaker Maynard James Keenan and his team in the Verde Valley.

A sample of the veggie-driven menu includes beet “tartare,” vindaloo-spiced cauliflower, a crisp Berkshire pork belly served with smoked ricotta and a Verde Valley salad with butternut squash, pickled chilies, toasted grains and seeds, and creative cheese and charcuterie plates offer sharable bites.
