This Valentine’s Day, surprise (I mean really SURPRISE) your
Sweetheart with these delectable strawberries with secret spirits insides!
Vodka-Soaked Chocolate Strawberries!
Ingredients:
1 cup dipping chocolate (chocolate coating)
1 Pint Large Strawberries
1 cup Vodka or enough to soak the strawberries
Directions: Place strawberries in bowl and cover with vodka. Let strawberries soak for
1 to 6 hours. Melt chocolate coating and dip strawberries into chocolate. Enjoy!
Tequila Jell-O Strawberries
Ingredients:
1 (3.5 oz) Strawberry or Cherry Jell-O
1 cup Tequila
1 pint large strawberries
Can of whipping cream
Directions:
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Stir in package of Jell-O and stir well to dissolve.
Add one cup of tequila to the Jell-O and stir to combine. Set aside to cool.
Carve out Strawberries with melon baller, apple corer, knife or small spoon.
Leave enough of the bottom so liquid doesn’t drain out. Pour enough Jell-O into
strawberries to fill. Refrigerate until Jell-O has hardened. When ready to serve,
top with a small amount of whipped cream
