From 5-10 pm, a three course dinner ($65) begins with butternut squash soup and ends with kabocha pumpkin cheesecake with honey ice cream and ginger sauce. The main course has a roasted turkey with mushroom and chestnut stuffing, mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts.
2. Blue Hound Kitchen and Cocktails
From 11 a.m.- 8 p.m. specials include a slow roast turkey dinner with smoked potato salad, haricot verts, rosemary Marcona almonds and crandberries ($27).
A three course meal ($30) which has a classic Caesar salad, traditional turkey dinner and cheesecake topped with pumpkin drizzle.
4. Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort
A buffet (95, Ages 6-12 $47) from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. features omelets, eggs Benedict, Alaskan crab legs, jumbo shrimp, smoke Scottish salmon, pasta, sushi, quesadilla and taco stations.
A buffet ($46-$54) from 4-9 p.m. includes king crab legs, honey lavender butternut squash soup, sushi and more. Entree choices include turkey with cranberry chutney, slow-braised veal, crab stuffed petrale sole and a 12-ounce prime New York Strip.
