My husband and I love this recipe. It's a go to recipe at our house!Ingredients Needed: 6-8 Bone-in skinless Red Bird Farms chicken thighs1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs (I use canned)1 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon ground cumin1 teaspoon chili powder1 teaspoon paprika1 teaspoon curry powder 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.2. Combine breadcrumbs and all the spices in a plastic bag...add chicken thighs, one or two at a time, and shake until covered with breadcrumb mixture.3. Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet...I also put down parchment or aluminum foil to make cleanup easier! 4. Bake chicken thighs for 17 minutes...then turn them over and bake for about another 15-17 minutes until they are completely cooked through.ENJOY!
