With so many Ben & Jerry’s ice cream flavors out there, there are probably some even the biggest fan hasn’t tried yet. Some are only available at their Scoop Shops, and some are only sold at certain grocery stores, but Ben & Jerry’s employees know their products well, and here are their favorites released since the start of 2017.
Pecan Sticky Buns - Tom O’Dell, maintenance front line manager says, “The buttery brown sugar ice cream is great on its own, but adding cream cheese frosting and loads of pecans creates the perfect flavor bomb!
Caramel Almond Brittle - The flavor of this dessert made with almond milk reminds Haylee Nelson, Flavor Guru, of Christmas cookies and gives her “warm fuzzy feelings.”
Chillin’ The Roast - Flavor Guru Eric Fredette thinks this cold brew coffee ice cream is “amazing” and says the “rum and chocolate cookie flavor notes in the truffle pieces create a delicious overall flavor profile.”
P.B. Doughable Chocolate - Ben a& Jerry’s has other peanut butter and chocolate combos, but Josh Danise, Scoop Shop shift lead, says this one is his favorites because “the peanut butter cookie dough is a perfect complement to the chocolate.”
Gimme S’more! - Several employees rank this one as their fave, including Lizz Hale, Scoop Shop assistant manager, who says “the toasted marshmallow base is to die for!”
Oat Of This Swirled - This pint-only flavor is the top pick for Sage Burns, Scoop Shop shift lead, because it’s “pretty much an oatmeal cookie in ice cream.”
