Taco Monday at Diego Pops - The modern Mexican restaurant has taken the popular Taco Tuesday tradition and swapped it to Mondays where they serve up $3 tacos all day long and keep the happy hour drinks, including their Diego Margarita, pouring from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. From traditional tacos to creative twists, the taco experts at Diego Pops have something for everyone to crunch into!
