Beth this week was joined by Christina Demas the Bar Manger at Maple and Ash in Scottsdale. Maple & Ash is an innovative take on the traditional steakhouse. Located at the Scottsdale Waterfront. Original location is in Chicago. Maple & Ash is hosting a Flight Night Cocktail Dinner on Wednesday August 18th. It includes a seasonal menu with cocktail pairings and new flights, including WhistlePig Whiskey, Mezcal, Clase Azul & Japanese whiskey. It’s a private event with tickets available for purchase through Maple & Ash’s website.
