Cornelius Cover, the GM for Renata's Hearth, was Beth’s guest this week on Barguments.Renata's Hearth was created around the "essence of smoke," which is subtly weaved into nearly all of Renata's dishes and cocktails. A standout cocktail is the Los Muertos, crafted in a smoking cloche with serrano-infused blanco tequila, activated charcoal, agave, lime juice and black lava salt. Renata's Hearth has debuted to raves from the media and patrons alike. Standout dishes include the roasted chilean sea bass and wagyu new york steak. Renata's Hearth is located at the Arizona Biltmore and now open. The Arizona Biltmore just underwent an extensive $70 million renovation that is a must-see.
