This week Beth welcomes Chef Joey Maggiore from The Maggiore Group. The Maggiore Group owns and operates Tomaso's Italian Restaurant (which has been in operation since 1977), Hash Kitchen, The Sicilian Butcher, The Sicilian Baker and The Italian Daughter. The Sicilian Butcher features over the top menu items like its newly released bruschetta tower. The Sicilian Butcher has a great cocktail program ran by renowned mixologist, Matt Allen, and the restaurant boasts a Guinness World Record for the world's largest Negroni.
