A new study has found that people who kick off their day with the proper nutrition are more likely to get a promotion at work.
The researchers also found breakfast eaters are more likely to get married.
A total of 84% of breakfast-eaters say they’re somewhat or very satisfied with their relationships with others compared to just 67% of those who skip.
And the benefits of breakfast don’t stop there. Breakfast eaters were also found to be:
- More confident in embracing change in their lives.
- More likely to say their energy level on a day-to-day basis as “somewhat” or “very” energetic.
- More optimistic.
