Study: Exercising Once A Week Can Protect Against Dementia

New research finds working out can improve cognitive function and may protect against dementia in adults over 54.

And even better? They only have to do it once a week to get the benefit.

The study finds physical fitness improves women’s brain function scores by as much as 14% and men’s by 5%.
