This week on Bargument Beth spoke with COO of Z’Tejas Robby Nethercut. Z’Tejas has overhauled its cocktail men (which is near and dear to Beth’s heart.) New cocktails include agave-based spirits and handcrafted zero proof drinks. Like the chef-driven menu, Z’Tejas has carefully crafted these cocktails using the best ingredients and fresh-squeezed juices, hand mixing them to order. They offer seasonal menus several times a year. The winter menu will be served until Feb. 13.
