A fifth grader in North Carolina is learning a lesson about her message in a bottle.
Vivian Byerly threw it into the ocean near Morehead City last year as part of a class assignment and it was just found. It traveled four-thousand miles to Morocco and was picked up by a fisherman. He spotted it on a beach and emailed the girl with photos. They're now chatting back and forth about the discovery.
Only one other bottle thrown in by the class was found and that was by a fisherman nearby the Morehead beach shortly after it got launched.
