A genuine Arizona ghost town is on the market and can be yours for one-and-a-quarter million dollars.
Cleator, Arizona, which was established in 1864, was called Turkey Creek before it was bought by James Cleator in 1925. The town is just 90 minutes north of Phoenix off Interstate 17, on the way to Crown King.
The sale includes all existing structures, 40 acres of land, a small bar called "The Cleator Yacht Club," mining rights and naming rights.
