For fans wanting to experience Medieval Times in person, will unfortunately have to wait a little longer.
In a statement via ABC 15, Medieval Times said it would no longer reopen as initially planned on July 5th and the castle will remain closed until July 27th.
This comes after Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey's executive order that has banned gatherings of over 50 people & closing gyms, movie theaters, & water parks.
"In response to the latest recommendations from the governor we have made the difficult decision to remain closed. We shared in our fans excitement to welcome everyone back to the castle but the safety of our team members and our community remains our priority..." they wrote on their Facebook page.
