FCC Received Over 1,300 Complaints About Super Bowl Halftime Show

Pepsi Super Bowl LIV Halftime Show

It’s been several weeks since Jennifer Lopez and Shakira wowed at the Super Bowl halftime show, but it seems a lot of people had issues with their performance. In fact, the FCC received 1,312 complaints from people in 49 states about the show.

Many of the complaints, including about 140 from Texas, were about the amount of skin the two singers were revealing, deeming it “not appropriate.” Other complaints suggested the halftime show “was 100 percent about sex and NOT even remotely family-friendly.”
