It’s called the People’s Open and there will be a whole lot of people this weekend at the TPC Scottsdale for the PGA Tour’s Waste Management Phoenix Open. Hole 16 is the most exciting spot in the entire PGA Tour. Crowds just for that hole exceed 16,000, thanks to spectacular stadium seating. If watching golf isn’t your thing, the people-watching is just as fun. Tickets start at $45 per person.
