Eddie Murphy Returns To Host "SNL"

Eddie Murphy’s comeback is officially official - as it's been announced that he’ll be hosting “Saturday Night Live” for the first time in over 30 years on December 21st.

Of course, Murphy rose to fame while working on the sketch show from 1980 to 1984.

The only time he’s been on the show since he left was in 2014 when he came through for “SNL’s” 40th anniversary special.

The 45th season kicks off on September 28th with Woody Harrelson hosting.
