Your desk job could be giving you ‘sloppy bottom’

A fitness expert from Australia is warning us about one effect of sitting for long periods of time: “sloppy bottom.”

She says people need to work on strengthening their gluteal muscles with exercise.

Squats and lunges can help make glutes stronger, which helps with a droopy booty.
