This premium Organic Prosecco is made only with organic grapes that grow
on a particular soil made of limestone. The grape harvest is carried out by
hand only and the secondary fermentation is made using the Charmat Method
(60 days – Inox tank). Wine’s appearance is extraordinary, with its silky and fine
perlage. The bouquet offers an intense nose of pear and green apple, but you
can feel also fine nuances of acacia flowers, wax and honey. The taste is fresh,
perfectly balanced and with a good persistence. This is a wine perfect for the
Happy Hour, but it also pairs perfect with refined fish dishes such as sushi.
