An Australian traveler has taken the term "packing light" to a whole new level.
A guy named Dean has a buddy that works at an airport, so as a joke, when he had to hop on a plane from Melbourne to Perth he tested the baggage crew. They passed.
Dean opted to check one piece of baggage, a can of Emu Export beer, on his Quantas flight. A luggage tag was put on it and the precious cargo was sent to the plane. When he landed, it was obvious the beer was safe too because of everyone taking photos at the claim area.
"Sure enough there she was, alone on the carousel, proudly making her way around," Dean said of the moment. It was also the first item out by the baggage claim workers.
