Online retailer Topshop is determined to bring clear jeans to the market, but the Internet is giving a clear "no" to the idea.
First the company introduced mom jeans with clear plastic knee patches. Needless to say, those didn't sell very well. So, Topshop picked themselves up, dusted themselves off and came out with...completely clear jeans.
The product description reads: "Think outside the box with these out-of-the-ordinary clear plastic jeans - guaranteed to get people talking."
The only thing people are thinking is how stable the company leader is for okaying this stuff. It is generating publicity, so maybe the idea isn't really that crazy.
