PBS supporters are bringing the fight over public broadcasting to the Capitol.
The "Hands Off PBS" rally is being held today in Washington, culminating on the steps of the Capitol. PBS is part of the National Endowment of the Arts, which is the main target of the president.
"Sesame Street" is in line to be effected by these cuts. So video has surfaced of Elmo finding out he has been laid off. Check out his reaction below.
