The emergency call George Michael's boyfriend Fadi Fawaz made after discovering the singer's body has been leaked and, not surprisingly, Michael's family isn't too happy about it. In case you missed it, the BBC reports that they are "truly appalled" by the leak and they want the "culprit(s) to be dealt with appropriately."
"We firmly believe that anyone contacting the emergency authorities in situations such as this should be entitled to expect that recordings will not be released to the media," they said in a statement. "And it is deeply distressing to the family that this transcript and audio recording has been made public."
An investigation into the leak is underway, with South Central Ambulance Service, which handled the call, noting they "take matters of confidentiality very seriously."
