Delta flew 41 fifth graders after canceled flight

American Airlines cancelled a flight because of bad weather, leaving 41 fifth-graders stranded in the airport.

Delta stepped in to fly the kids and chaperones to Virginia for their class trip to Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Not only did Delta save the day, Richmond isn’t on their regular route and they sent the kids on a private flight.
