Zoolights at the Phoenix Zoo runs through 1/19, and this Saturday evening (1/4), the Phoenix zoo celebrates Noche De Reyes Magos, or Night of The Three Kings! This Latino holiday commemorates the day when the Three Wise Men followed the star to Bethlehem, and arrived bearing their treasured gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh for the Baby Jesus. The evening event (5:30 to 8:30) will feature a traditional celebration including activities, mariachis and a chance to visit with the Three Kings. Admission into Noche de Reyes Magos is included with regular ZooLights admission. A lighted pathway of luminarias will guide you to the Savanna park/lakeside area where the Three Kings will be and all activities will take place!
