A Big Halloween Weekend! Melissa's Picks

Another gorgeous Fall weekend to get out there and have some fun! It's almost Halloween, so it'll be a big party weekend, but maybe in between all that partying (and recovering) you can enjoy one of these signature Valley events!

Arizona State Fair ends this Sunday (10/27). On Friday (10/25) musical entertainment includes the Hammer House Party with MC Hammer and C+C Music Factory Friday at 7pm. Tickets HERE.

Howl-O-Ween At The Phoenix Zoo is Friday and Saturday (10/25-10/26). 6:00 to 10:30 pm both days, is spooky fun for all ages! Meet princesses and superheroes, games on the carnival midway, and trick-or-treating through Halloween-themed doors! Tickets and info HERE.

Salt River Fields Balloon Spooktacular is Friday and Saturday (10/25-10/26) 5 to 9:30 pm at SRF at Talking Stick. A fun and safe trick-or-treat experience for all ages, with over 20 hot air balloons! Candy, games, and costume contests for all ages and even groups!

AZDroneFest: Expo And Film Festival is Saturday (10/26) from 2:00 to 7:30 pm at Grand Canyon University. The expo is free with a boxed toy donation for Phoenix Children's Hospital.

Dia De Los Muertos Festival is Saturday and Sunday (10/26-10/27) at Mesa Arts Center. This Day Of The Dead fest features Latin American food, music, jewelry and crafts with free entry and parking! See food options and entertainment schedules HERE.

Free Fall Festival at OdySea Aquarium is Saturday (10/26) from 1 to 6 pm. Kids 16 and under and families can participate in a not-so-spooky costume contest and spin the prize wheel for awesome prizes. You need tickets. Get them HERE.

Halloween Stroll And Costume Contest is Sunday (10/27) from 2 to 5 pm at Hayden Station in Tempe. This is a free event with trick or treating, costume contests, and not-so-spooky games, crafts and fun.

Howl-O-Ween And The Big Dog Show is Sunday (10/27) from noon to 4 pm at Margaret T Hance Park (over the I-10) in downtown Phoenix. This is where you'll see the dog Halloween costume contests and dogs in costume on parade!!! There will be food trucks and lots of family fun!
