Halloween is supposed to be fun, but a woman in Southern California recently made the holiday seem very serious. She recently posted a rant on a Rancho Cucamongo Neighborhood Watch Facebook page. In her three paragraphs she says in part, "Dum Dums, Smarties, and Jolly Ranchers may be suitable for Ontario, Fontana, and even Montclair, but not here in Rancho Cucamonga. We are an affluent neighborhood and this status should be reflected in our candy provisions for Halloween." She encourages her neighbors to hand out "KING size candy [bars]" or "4-6 fun size bars." Her post went viral, but it's possible she was kidding. She later wrote on Facebook, "This is a joke, stolen from another city's page, changed to Rancho Cucamongo with some added [flair.] Hope you laughed. [...]"
