Apple cider vinegar can boost weight loss without exercise or changing diet, research finds. According to Bioscience, Biotechnology, and Biochemistry, a research journal, people in one study who added two teaspoons of vinegar to their diet per day lost weight. They did it without making any other changes to their diet or doing more exercise. To make the vinegar easier to drink, it can simply be stirred into a glass of water, or any other drink. That's what I meant when I said you don't have to drink it straight!
