The Broadway audience of Disney's The Lion King got an extra bonus when Elton John surprised everyone, and took the stage on Sunday night (November 5th) to perform "Circle Of Life." Elton was on hand at Minskoff Theatre to celebrate the stage run's 20th anniversary. Elton and lyricist Tim Rice wrote the Oscar and Grammy Award-winning score to the original 1994 movie version, which was adapted for the stage.
