Fans are getting their first glimpse at Goodbye Christopher Robin, the origin story of Winnie the Pooh, as created by A.A. Milne. Domhnall Gleeson stars as Milne, whose experience in World War I, helped spur the creation of Pooh and friends. All of the characters were based on his son Christopher Robin’s toys. The film also focuses on Milne’s post-war PTSD. Will Tillson stars as Milne’s son and Margot Robbie plays his wife Daphne. Fox Searchlight has slated the film for an October 13th release.
