In just over three weeks, Phil Collins will be launching his comeback trek, dubbed the "Not Dead Yet Tour." The tour, which is Collins first string of major dates since the handful of shows he performed in support of his 2009 covers collection, Going Back, marks his first major commitment to the road since the final Genesis tour a decade ago. Collins' 16-year-old virtuoso son and drummer Nicholas will join him on the jaunt.
Earlier this year, The Daily Mail reported Collins, who has battled a multitude of physical ailments, "is undergoing controversial electroshock therapy in a bid to overcome problems with his spine, neck and arm. The painful treatment sends waves of electrical current through the body. In addition to the procedures, Collins is ramping up for his comeback tour by spending two hours a day in the gym."
- The past two years have seen a drastic overhaul of Collins' catalogue, along with the long awaited autobiography, Not Dead Yet: The Memoir.
- Phil Collins tour dates (subject to change): June 2 - Liverpool, England - Echo Arena. June 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 - London, England - Royal Albert Hall. June 11, 12, 14, 15, 16 - Cologne, Germany - Lanxess Arena. June 18, 19, 20, 22, 23 - Paris, France - AccorHotels Arena. June 25 - Dublin, Ireland - Aviva Stadium (with Blondie & Mike + Mechanics).
