Fireworks and the law! What's legal .. or not, the 4th of July

If you grew up in Phoenix, you know that fireworks were never legal for the average
kid, but we always seemed to manage to find them and blow something up!   A few
years back the laws changed and fireworks became legal and in fact serve as a fundraising
tool for local charities as well as seasonal items at grocery stores.  But to make sure
we are clear on what is legal and what isn't, I spoke with attorney Michelle Swann from
the Radix Law Firm for our Valley Views public affairs show.
