Arizona Musicfest was founded in 1991 as a non-profit arts organization, producing annual
music festivals as well as important music education programs, youth performance opportunities,
and a life-long community learning series for the Greater Phoenix area. The Arizona MusIcfest
Winter Festival is already underway, running through Mar. 16 with a diverse lineup of styles,
celebrities, and music. I spoke with Festival Executive and Producing Director Allan Naplan
for Valley Views. He will walk you through this year's great lineup which includes the exiting and fun
Pink Martini, Lee Ann Womack, multi-instrumentalist Seamus Egan, Doc Severinson's Trumpet
Kings, and the Musicfest Festival orchestra, an all-star group of symphony musicians from around
the country led by Maestro Robert Moody whom Phoenix audiences know from his work with the
Phoenix Symphony. Take a listen to the interview and check the list of performances HERE
